The P12 Data Governance Program is the CNMI Public School System’s interagency movement aimed at ensuring that all data is managed as a valuable asset, promoting the availability, usability, integrity and security of educational data across the CNMI PSS.

The CNMI Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) currently centralizes data from over 10 sources within the CNMI PSS, currently linking early childhood through high school graduation data.

    • Commissioner of Education
    • Associate Commissioner for Administrative Services
    • Senior Director for Accountability, Research & Evaluation
    • State Infrastructure Technology Director
    • Data Governance Coordinator (Manager)
  • Data Governance Coordinator (Manager) serves as the facilitator and liaison with the Data Governance Committee

  • Second tier of the CNMI PSS P12 Data Governance Program
  • Composed of Data Stewards and IT Representatives appointed by Executive Leadership
  • Data Governance Coordinator (Manager) serves as the Chairperson of the committee
